Mary Ozment
Mary Ozment is the Patient Coordinator and Director of Marketing at the Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery. Her career spans over 16 years with ample experience in the aesthetic industry as a licensed Clinical Aesthetician in the areas of both dermatology and plastic surgery.
In recent years, Mary has taken on the role of Patient Coordinator and Marketing Director. In this position she is responsible for assisting in the patient acquisition process and helping strengthen the patient’s experience leading up to surgery.
Mary has excellent customer service skills, a vast knowledge of the industry, and is extremely valuable in supporting each patient with whom she relates. She also oversees implementing creative and effective marketing efforts using a variety of multi-media tools and techniques.
Besides these skills, Mary also received a B.A. in Education from the University of Indianapolis in 2002, which she believes has helped positively shape her career and enhanced her love for working and educating people in the aesthetic industry. Being able to assist in explaining outcomes and managing expectations, helps each patient gain confidence and trust for those who provide their care.
Outside of work, Mary is a wife and mother of two very active boys; and enjoys watching them at their sports activities, or their various travels around the Midwest. Mary has always believed that providing education, along with clear and empathetic communication, is the key to positive patient relationships and their desired outcomes; thus providing that natural and beautiful result!
