Kara Clark is the Nurse Anesthetist at the Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery. She received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Michigan in 1990; and a masters in science from Rush University in 1995; and is a proud member of the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists. Kara has had a long and faithful career with CCLS for 24 years. Why has she stayed in one place for so long? She says it is because she believes, that in the realm of aesthetics, Dr. Rubach and Dr. Franco practice good medicine; and she enjoys an environment where everyone works so closely together. Because of her commitment, she oversees the daily functions of the operating room, and facilitates that close working relationship between the surgery center and the CCLS clinic. This efficient concern of Kara’s provides continuity of care for the patients and a harmonious working relationship with the rest of the administrative staff.
Outside of work, Kara loves traveling, skiing, reading, and spending time with her 4 children.
