Taylor is our Director of Operations with over 5 years of experience in Healthcare Operations. She holds her Masters of Science in Health Systems Management from Rush University. She is responsible for all operations at The Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery including leading our office and surgical operations teams. Taylor carries out the goals, policies and procedures in managing day to day operations. Her attention to detail allows for her to closely manage inventory, scheduling, financials, and strategize business growth. She works diligently with our vendors to ensure timely receival of products and in turn providing payment. Taylor meets regularly with staff on a human resources basis to encourage job satisfaction and career success.Β Her goal is always to increase outcomes through improving the patient experience.
Outside of work, you will find Taylor spending time with her family, boyfriend and puppy. Taylor is extremely close with her large family. She appreciates time with friends and family, running, and enjoying time outside.
