I want to send out a special thanks to all of you that voted us to be best of Naperville for 2015. This makes six years running that we have been voted best plastic surgery practice in Naperville. I take great pride in this accomplishment because it reflects my commitment to providing the highest level of service and patient care to our community. I strongly believe in the concept of being outcomes-based. What this means is that I’m committed to achieving an excellent outcome and will do everything in my power to achieve this for each and every patient. I believe this is the basis for our continued growth and success.
When I established the Center for Cosmetic & Laser Surgery 20 years ago, my goal was to provide the highest level of specialized services in cosmetic surgery to our patients. I believe that focusing on a specific area of care, specifically facial plastic surgery in my case, has enabled me to achieve the highest level of excellence. This concept also holds true for Dr. Joseph Franco who has over 25 years of experience in breast and body surgery. Also, our on-site joint commission accredited operating room has enabled us to provide private, personal and specialized care for each and every surgical patient.
I have also committed to evaluate new technologies that continue to evolve in our industry. I critically evaluate these new technologies for safety and efficacy before I purchase any new product. It is very important to me that my patients know that if I recommend a new technology that they can feel confident that this will be both safe and beneficial.
